8. SPEND 30 MINUTES IN NATURE
Some nice fresh air will always help you feel better. I also find that a lot of fresh air will ensure that I get a good nights sleep as well.
9. GET CREATIVE
Do some sketching, try your hand at knitting, or even just go to a local paint night. As we get older we use less of our time for being creative. Try something new and have fun!
10. PAMPER YOURSELF
The classic self care starter pack. Use a face mask, do your nails, and spend the evening at your home spa. Or you could book some time at an actual spa if you wish.
11. DRINK AT LEAST 2L OF WATER
Hydration, hydration, hydration. One of the most simple ways to stay healthy, yet many people do not drink enough water. Spend today really trying to drink at least 2 litres of water.
