Lately, I've been concerned about what food do I consume, and how does that affect my whole body, skin, even my mood! So I am on the search for amazing and inspiring Youtube channels, videos which will help me create a healthier lifestyle! Here are 5 healthy snack ideas, that I found interesting and yummy. They don't need much of your time, yet they stop your hunger and satisfy you without many calories.






Spinach Protein Smoothie



1. Spinach Protein Smoothie

Rinse carefully a handful of fresh spinach, 3 strawberries and cut them in big chunks.
Put them in a Blender with 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon honey, and one frozen banana. Trust me... it's delicious!
