  • Sleep 7-8 hours every night.
  • Be thankful for what you have/own.
  • Stop being jealous of others.
  • Remember you are one of a kind.
  • Build a self-care routine.
  • Try a new hair color or hairstyle.
  • Put your favorite perfume.
