Hello people!
Back from summer holidays and I struggle to put myself at a routine, get organized and ready to go to a gym. With small steps, I try to fight this feeling of laziness and motivate myself for a fresh start. I find meal-prep a good weapon, cause healthy, colorful non-boring food makes me feel good with myself and with my body. Here are some delicious ideas, that can also help you if you have kids at school and want them to eat healthily!
